It can become quite frustrating when your email stops working and throws up strange errors or your internet connection keeps stopping and starting.

If you're not sure about POP3's, IMAP's and SMTP's then we're here to help.

We can troubleshoot and fix your internet and email problems and help restore your service back to normal. We can also offer you advice on the best software available for your email and web browsing needs.

Just let us know what the problem is and we can usually fix it on-site.

This service costs £25 per hour billed in 1/2 hour increments. We'll give you an idea on how long it may take once we've had a look at the problem. If its going to take too long we'll bring your computer back to our workshop and quote you a fixed price to solve your problem.

There is no call out charge within the Ludlow and Craven Arms area and only a small charge outside this area and we operate all over Shropshire and Herefordshire.
